This is the Unfiltered Lager with lemon juice stirred in. Lucky Saint calls it a radler, which is the German tradition of mixing beer with lemonade, though here it's a leaner, lower-sugar version than most shandies you'd find on a pub menu. The base is the same four-ingredient Bavarian lager: Pilsner malt, Hallertau hops, water, yeast. The lemon comes through clearly on the nose and on the palate, sitting over a light biscuity malt background. It's drier than you might expect from something that sounds like shandy territory, and the carbonation keeps it feeling crisp rather than sweet. If the plain lager is the daily driver, this is what you reach for when you want something a bit livelier.
