Bavaria 0.0% Original has been around since 1978, when Swinkels Family Brewers launched it in the Netherlands. The key thing about how it's made: the brewery controls fermentation conditions so that alcohol never develops, rather than brewing normally and stripping the alcohol out afterwards. Whether that makes a meaningful difference to flavour is genuinely debated, but it's a distinct approach. The beer itself is a pale pilsner: clear gold, light-bodied, with a thin white head. The aroma is malt-forward with a sweet wort character and a faint hop note. On the palate there's more going on than many budget alcohol-free lagers manage: some malt body, a grain sweetness, and a modest but present bitterness that stops it tasting purely like fizzy malt extract. Mouthfeel is smooth with decent carbonation. The finish has malty sweetness and a firm bitter note that lingers briefly. It's a solid, widely available AF lager that's been doing this longer than almost any other brand. Not the most complex, but reliably decent.
