GABA Gold is the most approachable of Sentia's three spirits. Pale amber, citrus-forward, and noticeably fresher than its siblings, it's the one you'd reach for if the deep earthy complexity of Black or Red doesn't appeal. The cold-blend process means no alcohol is ever present; what you taste is a direct expression of the botanical blend. Citrus leads, with quince and grape adding some roundness, while the herbal character comes through mainly in the finish as a soft warmth rather than a full herbal punch. At 9 calories per serving it's one of the lighter pours in the functional spirits category. Mixes well with tonic or sparkling water.
