Sinzero's Sparkling Brut goes through rotating cone column dealcoholisation, which does a reasonable job of preserving the fruit character. The nose is fresh and fruit-forward: apple, citrus, and pear with a hint of banana. The bubbles are light and lively rather than aggressive. The palate follows the nose closely and the finish is dry with balanced acidity. At 12 calories per 100ml it's exceptionally light. It pours a clear gold and holds up well in a flute. A decent option for celebrations where you need something that looks and behaves like a sparkling wine.
