Sinzero's Chardonnay comes from the Maipo Valley and goes through a rotating cone column under low pressure to strip out the alcohol while keeping as much of the aromatic character intact as possible. The result leans heavily tropical: mango, passion fruit, and pineapple dominate both the nose and the palate. The mouthfeel is crisp and the finish has a slightly sour, acidic edge. It won't work for everyone but if you want something that feels lively rather than flat, that tartness does the job. Pale gold in the glass.
