The production method matters here. Dealcoholising at below 30°C is gentler than standard methods and the result holds more of the original wine character than you might expect. There's elderflower and white grape on the nose, with green apple and lemon on the palate. It's crisp and dry rather than sweet, which keeps it from tipping into soft-drink territory. In terms of positioning it sits squarely in the prosecco replacement bracket. The bubbles are fine and persistent. If you're stocking a drinks fridge for an event and need something that pours like a sparkling wine and behaves like one, this is a solid candidate. It picked up a bronze at the 2025 World Alcohol Free Awards, though the category has become crowded enough that a bronze is more confirmation than endorsement.
