Fizzero takes a slightly different route from most alcohol-free sparkling wines. The base is fermented and then infused with green tea, which adds a faint herbal edge to what would otherwise be a straightforward apple and pear profile. The bubbles are decent and the mouthfeel is reasonably round for the category. The finish is on the sour side, which keeps it from feeling too sweet. Whether the green tea comes through as a distinct flavour or just adds background freshness probably depends on how sensitively you taste. It's an M&S own-brand, so it's priced and positioned accordingly.
