There's a lot going on here: rhubarb brings tartness, ginger adds heat, and juniper with citrus and coriander holds it together. The aroma is botanical and warm, and the flavour leans tart and spicy rather than sweet. It finishes clean and balanced, which keeps it from getting muddled. Blended with Cairngorms mineral water, like the rest of the Exceptional botanical range. This one works particularly well with tonic, where the bitterness plays off the tartness. A step up in character from the plain botanical version.
