1664 Blanc 0.0
The 0.0% version of the French wheat beer, hazy pale gold with a citrus and coriander profile that tracks reasonably close to the original.

The alcohol is removed through evaporation, which helps preserve the wheat beer character rather than leaving something thin and watery. You get orange peel and coriander on the nose, with stone fruit underneath, and it pours hazy pale gold with a creamy white head. On the palate, the citrus and herbal notes come through clearly. There's apricot and peach alongside the orange, and the coriander gives it a spicy edge that stops things getting too sweet. The mouthfeel is light and effervescent with a creamy texture, and the finish is clean and short. If you know the original 1664 Blanc, this tracks reasonably close. It won't fool anyone in a blind tasting, but it's one of the more competent AF wheat beers in wide distribution.
