About This Drink
The coffee backbone here is Colombian cold brew concentrate, which gives the drink a roasted depth without the bitterness that hot extraction tends to introduce. Natural flavourings round the profile into something that reads as a proper cocktail rather than a canned coffee. Dark roast and chocolate lead on the nose. On the palate the coffee is upfront, with gentle sweetness and a dark chocolate note at the close. Each 250ml can contains 40mg of natural caffeine. The brand recommends dry-shaking to produce a foam layer before serving, which is worth doing if you have a cocktail shaker to hand. Chill the can, shake without ice to build foam, then pour into a martini or coupe glass. Three coffee beans as garnish, if you want to do it properly.
