The 0.0% version of a classic G&T format, in a can. The base is Gordon's alcohol-free botanical spirit, made from the same juniper-forward recipe as the original London Dry Gin, blended with carbonated tonic water and a hint of natural lime flavour. On the nose it's gently botanical, with citrus leading over a quiet piney juniper note. There's some vegetal character in the background, which is common in alcohol-free gin bases, alongside a light tonic bitterness. The palate is dry and crisp, with mild sweetness held in check by tonic quinine. The lime comes through most clearly mid-palate and on the finish, adding a zesty tartness that lifts the overall profile. Lighter in body than a full G&T and slightly less complex, but clean and easy to drink. Best served chilled straight from the can.
