The Sparkling White takes the Jukes 1 concentrate and delivers it pre-mixed in a 250ml can. Same base: apple cider vinegar macerated with peach, cucumber, plum, apple and pineapple. The format just removes the mixing step. Pour over ice and the nose gives peach and cucumber first, then a tartness of apple and a faint pineapple note beneath. The palate is light and crisp, the carbonation carrying the flavour without masking the complexity underneath. The finish is dry with a lemon edge. It drinks a little shorter than the concentrate version but with the same fundamental character. The can format travels to places a concentrate and wine glass cannot, which is its main practical advantage over the Jukes 1 box.
