About This Drink
Kaiserdom Weißbier 0,0% is brewed with barley and wheat malts using a traditional top-fermenting yeast, which is what makes it naturally cloudy and gives it the yeasty, spiced aromas typical of the style. The alcohol is taken out after fermentation using a gentle dealcoholisation process. The brewery adds folic acid and B12 to the finished product. It pours hazy pale yellow with a moderate white head and fine persistent bubbles. The aroma is lightly wheaty with banana and clove, and a faint mustard-bread note from the yeast. On the palate: peppery spice, soft wheat malt, orange skin and a touch of lemon cake. The body has reasonable grip for an alcohol-free beer. The finish is gently spiced and clean. Zero sugar, 15 kcal per 100ml.
