McGuigan Zero Sparkling Rosé is dealcoholised using spinning cone technology, which draws the alcohol out at low temperatures to preserve the wine's fruit character. Made from Shiraz grapes in South Eastern Australia, it comes in at under 0.05% ABV. It pours soft blush pink with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is floral and fresh: strawberry and rose petal up front, with watermelon and a hint of citrus underneath. On the palate the fruit stays light and bright. Strawberry and pink grapefruit carry through, kept in check by a clean acidity. The mousse is light and the finish is short and dry. Vegan-friendly and gluten-free.
