About This Drink
Brewed from black and green tea using a SCOBY culture, then blended with natural blueberry and lemon flavours. The sweetness comes from erythritol and stevia, so there is barely any sugar in it, which you can taste: the drink is noticeably dry for something fruit-flavoured. It pours a pale rose-gold and hazes slightly. The aroma leads with blueberry, fruity and fresh, with lemon zest behind it and the faint apple cider vinegar note that tells you there is actual fermentation happening. On the palate blueberry is the main event, with lemon adding a clean tartness underneath. The kombucha base keeps it dry rather than sweet. Best served very cold, straight from the bottle or over ice.
