Infinite Double Pale
A double dry-hopped 0.5% pale ale using Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic, coming in a 440ml can with noticeably more tropical hop intensity than the standard Pale.
About This Drink
Where the core Pale is hopped once, the Double Pale goes through a second dry-hopping pass with the same trio of Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic. That extra hop contact pushes the aroma and flavour without turning the bitterness aggressive: the IBU sits at 25, which keeps it flavour-forward rather than cheek-sucking bitter. The six-grain malt bill, shared across the Infinite Session range, gives the body a smooth, rounded quality. In the glass it's golden amber with a decent white head. The nose is thick with tropical fruit, Citra and Mosaic leading with mango and stone fruit, Simcoe adding a resinous underpinning. On the palate, mango and citrus come through clearly over a light biscuit malt note, with a clean, dry finish. The 440ml format suits the style, letting the aroma build as the beer warms slightly in your hand. At 10 calories per 100ml it's one of the leaner options in the alcohol-free space. Gluten-free and vegan.
