There's no wine in here and no dealcoholisation - Fauxmosa blends grape juice concentrates with fruit juices and carbonates the result. The Grenache base brings stone fruit and a hint of spice; Chardonnay adds roundness. Cranberry sharpens things up, giving more edge than a straight juice blend, and hibiscus contributes a floral note and a faint bitterness. Ginger comes through as warmth rather than heat - a background presence that keeps the sweetness in check alongside a splash of apple cider vinegar. The whole thing is aimed at the brunch mimosa gap, and it works for that. Sparkling, lightly tart, clean finish. No added sugar, naturally sweetened through the fruit concentrates.
