Alkoholfrei Zitrone
A mix of 55% alcohol-free Franziskaner wheat beer and 45% lemon soft drink, citrus-led with genuine sharpness from lemon juice concentrate.
About This Drink
The Zitrone variant uses lemon juice concentrate alongside natural citrus flavouring, which gives it a sharper edge than a purely sweet lemon radler. The lemon is assertive on both nose and palate, with the wheat beer contributing a mild biscuit and yeast note that rounds off the citrus without dulling it. At 31 kcal per 100ml it is the most calorie-dense of the flavoured Franziskaner Alkoholfrei variants, though still firmly in light territory. It pours a hazy straw-yellow and the finish is clean and lightly tart. More citrus-assertive than the Blutorange, and the better pick if you want the lemon to actually register rather than just hint.
