About This Drink
Carl Jung Rosé is made from dealcoholised rosé wine using the brand's vacuum extraction process, which removes alcohol at low temperature to preserve the delicate fruit character typical of a pale rosé. It pours a light salmon pink, clear and bright. The nose is simple and pleasant: strawberry, a touch of raspberry, and a fresh, slightly floral edge. On the palate it is light and easy, with red berry fruit and clean acidity. The finish is short without any lingering sweetness. A clean, uncomplicated rosé. It does not try to be a Provence rosé, but it has enough fruit to stand up to light food or work well on its own when chilled.
