Carl Jung Mousseux Rosé Sekt is a sparkling dealcoholised rosé produced using the brand's vacuum extraction process, which removes alcohol at low temperature to preserve the delicate red berry aromatics of the base wine. In the glass it shows a pale rose-pink with persistent fine bubbles. The nose is lively and fruity, with raspberry and strawberry coming through clearly. The palate is fresh and slightly sweet, with the carbonation adding lift to the berry character. The finish is clean and brief. Straightforward and easy drinking. It does not aspire to be anything other than a pleasant light fizz, and on those terms it succeeds.
