The wine completes full fermentation before spinning cone technology removes the alcohol while keeping the aromatic profile intact. The nose is bright with white peach, fresh apple, and strawberry. On the palate crisp cranberry takes the lead alongside stone fruit, with natural acidity providing structure throughout. The finish is dry and lively, without the sugary afterthought that can drag down some dealcoholised rosés. At 13 calories per 100ml it is one of the lighter options in the range.
