Where Eazy Peazy goes tropical, Eazy Rider goes citrus. Brewed in Oslo with Citra and Mosaic hops on a base of barley malt, oats and wheat, it pours slightly hazy amber gold with a soft off-white head. Orange and grapefruit open on the nose, with light pine and a hint of tropical fruit in the background. The palate is crisp and juicy, malt sweetness supporting a vibrant hop bitterness that fades into a dry finish with lingering citrus. The body is medium-light and the carbonation lively, which keeps it feeling bright throughout. It is a solid everyday drinker in the hazy IPA category. Not the most complex alcohol-free beer you will find, but it tastes like a well-made hop-forward beer and that counts for a lot.
