Remedy Wild Berry follows the same 30-day SCOBY fermentation as the rest of the range, leaving organic acids and live cultures in place of the starting sugar. The three berries are joined by hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and a natural caramel flavouring. The berries sit together rather than competing. Blueberry leads with a mild, slightly earthy quality; blackberry adds depth and a darker fruit note; strawberry rounds the edges. Hibiscus tea contributes colour and a gentle astringency, while lemon juice adds enough sharpness to keep the flavour alert. The caramel flavouring adds faint background warmth without making it taste sweet. Carbonation is fine and persistent. The fermentation character is soft, and the overall profile is dark-fruited and tart rather than sweet.
