About This Drink
Still rosé sits in a slightly easier position than still red: the lighter style means the structural gap left by removing the alcohol is less obvious. This one pours a pale salmon pink and delivers fresh red berry on the nose, mostly strawberry with some floral lift. The palate is light, with lively acidity and soft fruit that finishes cleanly. The base wine is dealcoholised at low temperature, then a small addition of concentrated grape must and natural flavouring brings it back to the right balance. It doesn't taste like a wine substitute trying too hard. Serve well-chilled.
