Pineapple does most of the heavy lifting here, sweet and rounded, with citrus keeping things from going flat. Curaçao-style orange peel comes through from the flavouring, sitting underneath the tropical fruit and adding some depth. The blue is from E133 food colouring and it does make quite an impression in a glass. Carbonation is moderate, which suits the drink well. There's a short tart lift at the end before the sweetness reasserts itself. Best served cold over ice.
