Mango is the dominant note, tropical and forward without being cloying. Ginger adds a steady warmth underneath, and lime cuts through with a bit of sharpness. Turmeric and Himalayan salt are listed in the recipe, and while you won't identify them specifically, they probably account for the rounded, slightly savoury quality in the finish. Brewed at Counter Culture's fermentary in Bristol using a SCOBY culture of organic green tea and organic cane sugar, with high-grade juices blended in after fermentation. Golden amber in colour with lively carbonation. At 0.0% ABV it's fully alcohol-free.
