About This Drink

Noon Wheat is a straightforward non-alcoholic wheat beer. The grain bill includes wheat, which gives it the typical light haze and a touch of creaminess in the body. Citrus is the dominant flavour note throughout: orange and lime rather than the banana and clove you'd expect from a German hefeweizen. There's a hint of cereal sweetness in the middle and a snappy, clean finish. The production method is the same as BERO's other beers: maltose-negative yeast that ferments simple sugars while leaving the complex ones intact, keeping alcohol minimal without going through a dealcoholisation process. At 0.5% it sits in the low-alcohol category rather than fully alcohol-free.
