This one blends Sauvignon Blanc and Pinotage before dealcoholisation - the Pinotage contributing the pink colour rather than much in the way of red fruit grip. It comes out pale salmon and pours with gentle carbonation, which keeps it feeling lively despite the absence of alcohol. The nose is citrus-forward with wild strawberries and a touch of floral. On the palate you get wild strawberry, crisp apple, and light citrus, with a clean finish that fades on summer fruit. The mouthfeel is light and smooth. It sits in the rosé category but leans closer to a white wine in terms of body and weight. Good for summer drinking, works well chilled.
