Belle & Co use a controlled fermentation process designed to produce no alcohol at all, rather than fermenting conventionally and stripping it out afterwards. The grape juice is blended with green tea, which adds structure and a dry edge that you don't get from grape juice alone. On the palate it sits in apple and pear territory, with a crisp, clean finish. The fine mousse keeps it from feeling flat. It won't convince anyone it's Champagne, but for a zero-alcohol glass of something cold and fizzy, it holds together well.
