The technique preserves the floral, berry-led aroma well: strawberry and raspberry come through clearly, with sour cherry adding a bit of edge. It's a delicate, light style. The palate echoes the nose with soft red fruit, and the finish is clean rather than lingering. At 22 calories per 100ml it's about as low as this category gets. Serve cold.
