On the palate the tart acidity arrives early and stays present, but the malt sweetness rounds it out so it does not dominate. Lively carbonation, easy drinking. The finish is clean with a faint citrus echo. It is gluten-reduced to under 20ppm and vegan. For anyone who finds straight sour beers too punishing, this sits at a more forgiving entry point while still having enough edge to stay interesting.
