About This Drink
Made by Miguel Torres in Penedès and stripped of alcohol through dealcoholisation, this sits in the growing category of 0% wines that try to behave like the real thing. Torres is one of Spain's most serious wine producers, which gives the range some credibility as a starting point. The colour is a soft, pale rose petal pink. On the nose there's rose, fresh strawberry, and a clean floral note. On the palate it's light-bodied with gentle carbonation, carrying simple fruit sweetness cut through by the wine's natural acidity. The finish is brief and clean. It's not complex, but it's not trying to be. If you're after a 0% rosé that doesn't veer into grape juice territory, this is a solid option. Serve it well chilled.
