About This Drink
The alcohol is removed using vacuum distillation at around 38 degrees Celsius, a process designed to protect the delicate aromatics of Chardonnay without cooking them. What remains is a clean, varietal white that holds onto the freshness of the fruit rather than tasting like grape juice with bubbles removed. The nose shows pear, yellow apple and lemon with a faint mineral note. Acidity is present but gentle, keeping the profile bright without sharpness. The body sits at medium weight with decent structure for a dealcoholised wine. At 19 kcal and 3.5g sugar per 100ml it is light. Vegan certified and gluten-free. Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees. Pairs well with chicken, white fish, light salads and spicy Asian food.
