A 250ml can containing under 0.5% ABV, blending a concentrate of Gordon's London Dry Gin with carbonated tonic water and natural grapefruit extract. Same format as the lime variant, but the grapefruit pushes the profile in a more citrus-bitter direction. The grapefruit makes itself known immediately on the nose: bright, slightly bitter pith notes alongside a clean citrus freshness. The gin botanicals sit underneath, providing structure without dominating. On the palate it's crisp and clean, with the grapefruit bitterness complementing the tonic quinine rather than competing with it. The result is pleasingly dry for a pre-mixed RTD, with sweetness staying in the background. The finish is short, with the grapefruit bitterness lingering a little longer than the sweetness. Serve chilled from the can or pour over ice.
