About This Drink

Black Tower Alcohol Free White is made by Reh Kendermann, the German producer responsible for the broader Black Tower range. Fermentation happens first, then the alcohol is removed through low-pressure vacuum distillation. That gentler approach tends to preserve aromatic character better than more aggressive methods. The nose is the best thing about it: orange blossom, passion fruit and ripe peach are all clearly present, giving it a tropical quality that registers immediately. The palate follows through with the same fruit flavours, light-bodied and gently sweet, with modest acidity. The overall impression is soft and easy to drink. The finish is brief. It is a straightforward dealcoholised white, but the aromatic character is genuine and the sweetness is restrained enough not to feel cloying.
