South Australian Sauvignon Blanc grapes, dealcoholised using high vacuum low pressure distillation. Like everything in the Everything Except range, it falls below 0.5% ABV. It pours pale straw. The nose is clean and recognisably Sauvignon Blanc: citrus blossom, cut grass, a hint of tropical fruit, though without the intensity you get from the alcoholic version. On the palate it is dry and fairly straightforward - fresh, slightly grassy, with citrus fruit and lively acidity. Nothing complicated about it, which is the point. It does what a light, crisp white is supposed to do, just without the alcohol.
