Eazy Peazy is Amundsen's non-alcoholic New England IPA, and it lands firmly in the tropical fruit camp. Mosaic hops do most of the work: the nose is ripe mango first, then pineapple, with a faint biscuit note from the oat base keeping things grounded. It pours hazy pale gold with a big white head. The mouthfeel is plush and rounded, oats and lactose giving it the body to carry the fruit character without feeling thin. Soft sweetness leads on the palate, with gentle bitterness coming in underneath before a dry, citrus-tinged finish. For a 0.5% NEIPA it holds together well. The tropical fruit profile is clear and the texture is substantial enough to feel like a proper beer rather than fruit-flavoured water.
