Days Brewing

Gammell brought big drinks industry experience, having worked at AB InBev on Corona marketing before joining their venture capital arm. Keith had built consumer brands at Propercorn and Genius Gluten Free. Both loved beer but increasingly noticed alcohol getting in the way of everything else they wanted to do. When they realised plenty of others felt the same way, they committed to making proper alcohol-free beer.

Days brews exclusively at 0.0% ABV, not the 0.5% that most competitors settle for. Their brewery sits outside Edinburgh, drawing water from the Lammermuir hills and using locally grown malt barley. The range stays focused: a Lager with floral and citrus notes, and a Pale Ale delivering tropical fruit with a clean grapefruit finish. Both clock in under 70 calories.

What makes Days stand out is the personality. While many AF brands play it safe with wellness messaging, Days leans into fun. Their TikTok presence has built genuine community rather than just pushing product. The whole brand philosophy is built around staying sharp for whatever comes next.

The company holds B Corp certification and donates a portion of sales to mental health initiatives through their Days Duty programme. They've partnered with organisations supporting hospitality workers and surf therapy programmes. The whole team are trained Mental Health First Aiders.
