Zero Regrets

The Pinot Grigio uses Sicilian grapes, delivering the tropical and citrus fruit character that makes this varietal so popular. Straw yellow in colour, it shows vibrant aromatics and a refreshing, balanced palate with a clean, crisp finish. The acidity makes it an excellent match for seafood and fresh salads.

The Primitivo comes from Puglia, bringing the rich, ripe, dark berry character that southern Italian reds deliver. Plush and smooth on the palate, well-balanced, with genuine wine texture despite the absent alcohol.

Production uses gentle vacuum distillation at around 30°C, low enough to preserve primary aromas and fresh fruit character. The wines emerge tasting like the grapes they're made from, not like grape juice with the life extracted.

Both carry vegetarian and vegan certification. The provenance matters: these aren't generic international blends but wines that taste of their Italian origins.
