About This Drink

Made in the Darling wine region on South Africa's cool Atlantic coast, the alcohol is removed using spinning cone technology, which strips it out at low temperature under vacuum to hold onto more of the fruit character. What you get in the glass is a pale salmon pink with a nose that leans into ripe strawberry and plum. The palate is off-dry with decent fruit presence and a clean, balanced finish. Medium-bodied enough to sit comfortably on the table rather than feeling thin. It suits the same occasions as a light Provençal rosé: warm evenings, fish, soft cheese, or nothing in particular.
