Remedy Mango Passion is brewed over 30 days using a SCOBY culture. The raw sugar used to start fermentation is fully consumed during the process, leaving organic acids and live cultures in its place. Mango is the dominant flavour, ripe and direct. Passion fruit sits underneath it with a sharper, more acidic edge. Lemongrass lifts the finish with a faint herbal brightness, and a squeeze of lemon juice keeps the overall profile from going flat. The kombucha character is mild, sitting quietly behind the fruit rather than asserting itself. Carbonation is medium-fine. The colour is pale gold and lightly hazy. It pours and drinks more like a fruit soda than a traditional kombucha, which will suit some people and disappoint others.
