About This Drink
A limited edition that layers five natural fruit flavours over Lo Bros' slow-brewed fermented tea base: mango, orange, passionfruit, apple, and raspberry. The result is a broadly tropical, multi-note profile where no single fruit dominates. Erythritol and stevia keep the sugar very low. It pours a vivid amber-orange with active carbonation. The aroma is immediately fruity, tropical and slightly complex, with mango and passionfruit most prominent over the underlying kombucha tang. On the palate the flavour is rounded and soft: mango and orange bring the sweetness, passionfruit adds a sharp tart edge, and the kombucha ferment base grounds everything with its characteristic mild acidity. Because there are five flavours in play, none of them land with much intensity. It is pleasant rather than distinctive, and probably more approachable than the single-fruit varieties for those new to kombucha.
