About This Drink
Brewed from black and green tea with a SCOBY culture, then blended with natural peach and ginger flavours. The peach brings stone-fruit sweetness and the ginger adds a dry, peppery warmth that lifts the drink away from anything one-dimensionally fruity. Sugar is minimal thanks to erythritol and stevia. It pours pale amber with a slight blush tone and soft carbonation. The aroma leads with ripe peach, rounded and summery, with ginger sharpening at the edges. On the palate the peach registers as noticeably sweet without going jammy, and the ginger comes through as a clean spice note in the mid-palate and into the finish. The kombucha tartness sits underneath, keeping the fruit in check. The ginger-peach pairing works well: neither flavour disappears behind the other.
