Everything Except Prosecco
Dealcoholised sparkling wine made from Prosecco grapes grown in South Australia. Pale gold with fine bubbles, dry and citrus-forward.
About This Drink
Prosecco grapes from South Australia, fermented and then dealcoholised via high vacuum low pressure distillation at low temperatures to keep the fruit character intact. It pours pale gold with a steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose has a fresh, light quality: green apple, lemon zest, and the faint floral note Prosecco grapes carry. On the palate it is dry, with clean citrus running through it and gentle effervescence that keeps things lively without being aggressive. At under 0.5% ABV, it is one of the more convincing AF sparkling options in this price range. The bubbles hold up reasonably well, and the dryness is genuine rather than forced.
