UNLTD. launched in 2020 with a single product: a lager that could hold its own against full-strength competition. Founded by Johnny and Antonia, the brand emerged from that familiar realisation that loving the social side of beer doesn't mean loving the sluggish mornings that follow.
Their brewing approach matters. Rather than making regular beer and stripping out the alcohol (which often takes the flavour with it), UNLTD. uses controlled fermentation to finish naturally at 0.5% ABV. The result keeps more body and aroma than dealcoholised alternatives.
The lager delivers crisp refreshment with light citrus, a touch of honey and caramel, and a subtly bitter finish. Each 330ml bottle contains just 23 calories, zero sugar, and solid doses of Vitamins B6 and B12. It's vegan and gluten-free too.
A year after launch, the IPA followed. Same approach: brewed to strength, not stripped back. Both have picked up recognition at European beer competitions, validating the method.
UNLTD. represents the new generation of UK alcohol-free beer brands. Started small, focused on doing one thing well, built credibility through quality rather than marketing spend. Available on Amazon and through AF specialists, though stock sometimes runs short as demand outpaces supply.
